The MoU was signed by Associate Professor Le Bo Linh, Director of IESS, and Professor Nguyen Duc Khuong, President of AVSE Global. It establishes a framework for cooperation in economics, science and technology, the environment, policy advice, and training, drawing on each institution’s strengths to contribute to Vietnam’s development.
Under the agreement, the two organizations will jointly organize forums, conferences, and seminars; undertake research and training programs; and exchange information, data, and scientific publications. These activities will facilitate knowledge sharing and the development of collaborative initiatives on issues of mutual interest.
Through its global network of Vietnamese scientists and experts, AVSE Global brings multidisciplinary expertise and international experience to the partnership. Connecting this network with IESS’s research activities will help broaden perspectives, strengthen analytical quality, and inform recommendations suited to Vietnam’s circumstances.
The signing marks a new step in relations between the two organizations, expanding IESS’s cooperation network and strengthening connections between Vietnamese intellectuals worldwide and the country’s development needs.
